Raider Voyage Sailing Instruction – Lake Roosevelt, AZ

Lake Roosevelt’s 22 miles of shimmering blue water and 128 miles of rugged desert shoreline create the ideal training ground for seamanship. Under Catamaran Dan's guidance, you’ll master the skills needed to confidently handle a Hobie Getaway (or similar vessel) through immersive, hands-on instruction. We’ll begin on shore with rigging, safety, and gear balance, then move to open water for advanced drills covering tacking, gybing, docking, sail trim, and reading the wind. By the end, you’ll be Raid Ready—fully prepared for future Nevado Raiders expeditions.

🌊 Full-Day Voyage Instruction (14 total hours over 2 days): $500
Includes onshore preparation, 2 night campsite (customer provides all their own camping gear) at the Nevado Ranch and 1 night at Lake Roosevelt, on-the-water drills, advanced seamanship, and expedition-style loading techniques.
